I hold a Pro account for our condo board – up to 10 members only who meet once a month via zoom. I want to enable one of those members to schedule and host a meeting in the event I’m unable to. To give another user Scheduling and Alternative Host privileges, they would need to be an additional licensed user on your account. You would add a second user on your account, then add an additional Pro licensee, and then assign it to the new user.
