I'm having the exact same problem with my AirPod Pros! As best I can tell, it started happening after the Monterey update. My AirPod Pros were having some other issues too so I thought it was their fault. However, I just got them replaced yesterday and though the problems with everything else was fixed, the problems with Zoom remain!
